Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience to help with the delivery of a significant pipeline of decarbonisation and energy generation projects, together with new build and refurbishment schemes across the education sector.
Main duties & responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of a variety of school and college projects across England
- Ensuring projects are completed on budget, within schedule and to the required standard and specification
- Managing a variety of stakeholders through clear, accurate and timely reporting.
Key skills & requirements:
- Proven track record of managing UK-based construction projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
- Successful delivery of projects to time and budget
- Knowledge of existing and emerging climate technology, building performance and sustainability principles
- Confident in dealing with a variety of project stakeholders
- The ability to quickly assess, triage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver clear and accurate reports and communication
- Possess relevant IT capabilities in Microsoft packages.
