Overview
The ZPG Group is looking for a highly motivated ESG Reporting Manager; reporting to the Group Finance Director. The role will lead the preparation and delivery of the Group’s future sustainability reporting, in particular (but not limited to), SECR, CSRD, CFD and ESOS. It will incorporate a broad range of responsibilities through collaboration with various business functions (including Finance, HR, Legal and Compliance, IT and Procurement), including facilitation of working groups and assisting in the preparation of papers for a range of governance committees and forums, such as the Group Audit Committee.
The Business
The ZPG group consists of the RVU and Houseful Divisions and include some of the UK’s most well recognised, trusted and innovative digital brands. These brands, including Confused.com, Zoopla, Uswitch, Money.co.uk and Tempcover, aim to empower consumers to make better property and household related decisions. Alongside these household names, ZPG is also one of the leading residential property software and data providers with a range of industry-leading products including Hometrack, Alto, Calcasa and many others.
ZPG continues to focus on its goal of providing significant value and an ever-improving experience to customers and consumers. This approach, led by its management teams, is in turn supported by private equity investors, Silver Lake and Red Ventures, each of which provides unique expertise in product, technology, and marketing. This, combined with ZPG’s long-term strategic thinking, enables the Group to make investments and other decisions that might not be possible in a public market context.
The ZPG group’s results are consolidated in the accounts of Zephyr Midco 2 Limited.
